As a design process is always changing and greatly differs between roles my design process balances solving user problems with meeting business goals.

I view design as problem-solving, focusing on functionality while aligning with business goals, not just aesthetics.
User research helps define the problem we're solving and ensures our solutions are grounded in real needs.
Understanding the target audience is key, as no design fits all user groups.
Quick wireframes and prototypes turn ideas into tangible solutions.
The builder's mindset prevails—gathering feedback from usability testing and stakeholders helps refine the design.
Designs are handed off to developers with clear asset management and a design system for smooth implementation.
